Capitol Hill Seasoning

Named after the bustling Capitol Hill neighborhood in Denver, Colorado, this seasoning is a longtime customer favorite. We don’t call it an all-purpose blend because it’s not meant for red meat, but it works great on most other foods, particularly seafood.
Add to chicken salads and omelets or sprinkle on veggies. Mix into yogurt or sour cream for a quick, flavorful dip.
